Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with Stillnight Unlimited, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no reason needed. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans, including renewals.

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net, look up your order with the email used at checkout, and request a refund. You can also reply to your Paddle receipt email.

You can cancel any time from the Upgrade page via the subscription management portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Unlimited until the end of the paid period. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Refunds are also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.
