Terms of Service

Stillnight is provided by i8 AB, a company registered in Sweden (org. no. 559147-0470). When you use Stillnight you enter into an agreement with i8 AB ("we", "us").

By accessing or continuing to use Stillnight you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. If you use Stillnight on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

Stillnight generates sleep and ambient sounds in your browser. All sounds, mixing, favourites and timers are free, with playback sessions of up to 60 minutes. Stillnight Unlimited is a paid subscription that removes the 60-minute session limit. Stillnight is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Baby mode is a parent-operated tool; device volume and speaker placement remain your responsibility.

An account is needed only for Unlimited. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must not misuse Stillnight, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
• fraud, spam or impersonation;
• infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property;
• interfering with security, introducing malware, probing or testing vulnerabilities, or scraping the service;
• reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service, or circumventing technical limits such as the session limit.

i8 AB retains all rights in Stillnight, including its software, sounds, artwork, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service within your plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

We work to keep Stillnight available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Browsers and devices may pause or stop background audio. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using Stillnight and delete your account at any time. When access ends, your account data is deleted as described in our Privacy Notice.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Events beyond our reasonable control excuse delays in performance.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
